  • An in-line vacuum chamber system is composed of conveyor + robot + vacuum chamber + drying oven and both 1-liquid type and 2-liquid type are applicable. A system automatically dispensing by a robot in a vacuum chamber can dispense without bubbles to products such as a sensor

  • Vacuum pressure controllable to max. 1x10-3 torr
  • Used in various automobile parts, sensors, PCB molding, etc.
  • Manufactured by being specialized in each of liquids such as epoxy, silicone and urethane
